in my last ban, Pagaspas posted a report saying that I was using nametags in a video that I was recording myself ... I'm pretty sure I was not using nametags in this video. I came to the server to get the video he had sent and the video just does not exist .. You need concrete evidence before you ban a paid account, or you can be sued for it.
