The IP I banned in-game is different than the one you're using to post on the forums right now. The one in-game matches one of ImWaterMelon's. You may very well be a different person, but if you're letting players who are supposed to be IP-banned on your account, you should expect the account to get banned. Not only that, but these players weren't even mentioned in the account sharing thread until you made this appeal.
