Sure, you may have been on the server for 5 years, but you definitely haven't been using the same IP address for 5 years. The ban message you're receiving was issued months ago. If you're just seeing it now, then you either haven't been on in a while or you have switched your IP address.

Either way, I'm not lifting the ban. The account "zoom1" itself is not banned, the IP address you're trying to connect through is, and that will not be changing.
