Unban reason: Because I wrote sqqitels 2 times a few months ago I got banned ip, of course I apologized a few times and I think it is not bad that I wrote so sorry and think about good consideration

Sorry, but I refuse to unban someone who has no shame in consistently spamming someone's personal information in public chat without permission.
