Did you really come here after 192 days to appeal a ban by saying disagree because you don't think you did anything wrong? You're not even apologizing for anything, you're just saying "I won't do it again". Won't do what again?

If anything, this plus the fact that your IP is completely different, tells me that you aren't actually HRM.
