Please help /setskin and /skinupdate is not working (atleast for me)

This has happened since I bought my Minecraft Java Edition Account and I registered in the server, my Minecraft skin is not showing up and it shows up a steve, have been asking to youssof and bob for this but never helped me.

Yesterday I bought Platinum rank on the server and it still doesnt allows me to change my skin , I tried all the commands even the old ones /setskin(supposedly the one that should work), /skin, /skinset, /changeskin:setskin and /skinupdate which should reload my mojang skin and doesn't do nothing aswell.

When i do /setskin DeCk_26 , this message appears.


I relogin and nothing happens, I still being a steve

And when i do /skinupdate or /skinupdate DeCk_26 , this message appears.

it doesn't even shows my old skin it shows a steve and my account is premium bought from mojang wtf.
