If you mean editing videos, then I'm not sure why you'd be worrying about getting such a powerful graphics card. You'll be fine with a 1060 or 1070 (or even a 1050ti) unless you're some real hardcore video editor.

You should be first worrying about what CPU you'll get, how much RAM you'll have, and how much storage you'll have. That'll help point you to what GPU you need.

In any case, if you REALLY feel like you NEED something as powerful as the RTX2080Ti, then make sure you have the proper CPU for it so you don't bottleneck.
