Let's assume you really are Vilmo. Why would I unban you when you don't even know your password? And why did it take you over 2 months to appeal? If you're the real Vilmo then go ahead and send Bob the password recovery format to get your password and account back. I don't see the point in unbanning someone who doesn't remember their password.
