I Can't Connect to The Server

When i try to connect to the server, its like perfect but a fell time after i logged, i get Kicked And The message "Using a VPN/Proxy Is Not Permitted On This Server", being that I do not use any proxy or VPN, What Can i Do? (If Interesting: Minecraft Version Optfine 1.8.0, Windows 7, And I'm from Brazil :| )

Are you 100% sure you are not connected to a VPN? There is no other way this would be happening.

I did not even download anything like that, it's been 20 days since I formatted this computer ...

You can PM me your IP address if you feel comfortable doing that, and if you're not able to get round it I can help you set up a private proxy that will not be blocked. Your connection will most likely not be great though.

If your router has a dynamic IP address, try to turn your router off for 1 minute, then back on. This should change your IP address, then attempt to connect.
