Your ban message says nothing about you getting banned for racism. If your teammates got banned for racism, then they'll have to appeal on their own.

You were not banned for nothing, you were banned for exceeding the 3 player limit we have set on our TRIOS server. From these screenshots, it looks like you've invited a total of 3 other players + yourself to your group.
