When did this happen?: Last time I played was in a year and a half
Anything else we should know?: I forgot my password because I stopped playing but now that I'm back I can't use my Platinum account and I really want it back
Proof: This is the Email in which I bought the rank of the account: [email protected] I don't know If you can check or send a mail checking that is me but I still have access to this Email. And also this is a screenshot of when I bought the premium rank
