Why are you using Labymod 2.0 when we repeatedly mentioned that it triggers false checks? Also, I'm pretty sure the checks you were banned for are impossible to false from the scenario you described.

there is no way to tell if a team mate is hacking enless you have screenshared him and searched his comp every time he starts minecraft there is no way you can know
