You were banned for racism. I warned you that I would ban you and instead of banning you straight away, I kicked you and allowed you to come back. You came back with the name you're currently appealing as.

In any case, you can message Bob directly. I let him know that you are seeking a refund. If you have a valid reason, your request will be granted. Note that chargeback fraud will result in an immediate ban from all of our servers AND all other buycraft stores (Minecraft and other games).

Now that I'm thinking about my case, I'm wrong to apologize if I've offended someone, my intention never came to that. My discord was "the famous n word" because many of my colleagues call me that and I don't care because we are the same color and I don't care about that. But if someone else with a light color calls me that I really won't like it! Apologies.

I'll still get a refund, because I paid something that was supposed to be permanent and it turned out not to be, me got banned for "compromised account"
