the staff does not help me solve the problem of my premium-rust hardcore pvp

I've been in contact for private messages several times using the proper format and proving that I've really lost my premium for no reason.
I already sent my transaction id, my paypal payment confirmation, and the paypal transaction id, and they still did not help me solve this problem.
I do not know what I can do anymore ...?

I paid for an eternal premium and it just ended.
if you can not help me I should look for other ways to get my money back and challenge the minebuilders for selling a product and not a guarantee?

@YoussofHD I have the minebuilders confirmation transaction id and the paypal confirmation transaction id. If you can not prove that I am premium then what else would you need?
Sir @YoussofHD do not you think you should talk to bob and give me a correct answer instead of making excuses? like professional should do! You do not have to justify me but to find a way to solve this problem ... I paid for a product that I did not get and does not mean anything to you?
