if my block is on top of a grass block can someone use c4 to blow DOWNWARDS?
also if the c4 can blowdown can it damage other blocks that are not on top of grass?
If a block is directly on top of a natural block (grass, sand, stone, etc) then yes you can blow downwards. C4 cannot blow downwards in any other case.
