Well you might wanna put more decription into this. I get blues are very hard to deal with but when a new player join's and is wondering why they can't get loot from a chest there gonna get mad and leave.

like its a +1 for me cause they get a p4 set and start grinding radtowns and gl try to kill thems before the empty all the radtown i guess when a player have a p4 its not longer a "new player" that needs protection

yeah what im talking about is full gear protected people going into radtowns and swiping the loot everytime with people like me not being able to do much

How will new players be able to get loot off of rads? There are some new players who get good gear pretty quick (and obviously some who are not really "new" players). I don't think removing their ability to looting chests is necessarily the best solution.
