Minimum Requirements for Textures (Help)

Well first of all a greeting to all the team that is part of the staff of the server.


The concern I have is to know if there are any requirements for downloads and operation of the textures of the server, since a friend wants to play and not load the textures without any reason, before in the old version of the RUST game mode if they were loading him, but from time to time he has a problem, I clarify that he has a computer that is quite poopy and I do not know if it is due to that and the updates of the textures.

Can you ask your friend to check if they have a folder called "server-resource-packs" in their .minecraft folder? If they do, please ask them to delete everything inside it and reenter the server. If they don't have the folder, ask them to create a new folder named EXACTLY server-resource-packs then ask them to reenter the server. In both cases, they need to make sure that server textures are enabled by clicking on the server in the server list and clicking edit.

I would also strongly suggest that you upgrade your computer.

Well you can try what YoussofHD said, or you can just buy a new computer. ;/ Nobody plays on potatos nowadays.

I think it's easy to say, but to do it from this side of the world (Venezuela), I think it's literally impossible at this moment.

70€-150€ is my avarege money per month, so it would be easy to get one, or just get a job.
