If u change your ip u can't change it. When u register u have an ip and only wiht that ip u can change your pass .
If u changed your ip u can't do it.Just wait and write to bob7l

I had this same problem but only managed to change the password when someone's security notification tried to get into my account appeared. ask a friend to try to log in and lose the password for this message to appear and change the password.
