I posted a thread on Monday and have yet to receive a response. It was mentioned that the process can be lengthy, but is this timeframe normal? How long does it usually take? I have never donated, so I don't have a Donation Transaction ID or Donation Email. Will this make it more difficult for me to recover my password?
