Buff Supply Drop Flares

I'm not really sure what the drop rates are in supply drops, but in my experience with them they seem terrible. I've opened around 15 this wipe and I honestly don't think I've had anything good apart from maybe 1-2 C4.

These are sold at 1 C4 each usually, and I feel they should be a little bit better. I could be completely wrong and have crap luck though.

they made it like that because of the trade, you can trade anything for c4 like iron ore, ammo etc.
