Are there any people getting ban without any valid reasons?

Here is my story, ive been playing the game now for almost 2 weeks? and ive actually been getting ban without any good reasons. Well the system says that i was using a program or a cheat or something but i dont really have anything open other than 2 Tlauncher application and 1 chrome browser.
So actually ive been ban 4 times in just 2 weeks and guess what, ive been ban on the same process where in i hit the bandit turret perfectly by using my mouse and letter C key. Are there any people experiencing the same issue? if there is please let me know so that we can raise this specific issue. Its getting more hassle for me since i use my alt with my main items and losing your main farming items for 2 days is a no no. Game is good but the system is getting more and more bad which is not good for loyal players like us. Sad story but real.
