Voucher bugged on v2 name: DEXTER_MORGAN

Recently, on December 21, 2025, at 1:06 PM, I purchased a premium to platinum voucher from user Xyoc on the DEXTER_MORGAN account, including 62 C4 items and a P12 set. After the trade transaction, I right-clicked on it, and the rank wasn't assigned. I still have a premium account, not platinum. Is this some kind of error or bug? Please help quickly. I've been waiting for over 8 days and opened a new ticket due to password changes on my accounts.
