Offender:Minebuilders Buycraft
What happened?:i bought a rank upgrade i thought it was Rust Hard-Core because it is said Rust Upgrade Not rust v2 and also it is the fault for minebuilders buycraft because they didnt remove it even when the server doesn't have the old Rust anymore
When did this happen?:01/25/2021
Anything else we should know?:I want refund for this
Proof: Check the payment logs of handford

What...? The website very clearly categorizes both of our servers.

I'm not sure where the error is? If you made a mistake on your end, you can ask for it to be corrected or request a refund, but this is in no way the fault of our store.

You check rank upgrades there is Rust [Upgrade] [Not V2] and i thought it was Rust hard-core because there is only 2 servers in minebuilders.me Rustv2 and Rust hardcore

I already bought premium rank and i wish to upgrade it then i check rank upgrades i see this and i thought that Rust Upgrade Not V2 was Rust Hard-Core because i only see 2 servers in minebuilders 1623574461905.png
