I lost my Plat+ rank

I was going to go buy a prem voucher but I messed up and bought the prem rank instead I use to be Plat+ but now I'm prem and I have msg bob and 1 of the staff but the staff said to give bob the transaction info and I did but bob hasn't answered. So bob if u reading this can u plz fix my acc
