HELP WITH FACTION BLOCKS

Somebody can help me with the faction blocks ? I dont understand all about the f blocks, I want can teleport to my house so i build a place where i can put the 3 f blocks necessary to can tp.
I can put 1 but with the next in the moment of put in the floor it just disappers, the chat not show me any text and i think i have the enough space for can place the second.
Any ideas ? and, How many blocks are necessary for put the 3 blocks ?

If you want /f home you need 3 faction blocks the best way of doing it is just putting them in the air and blocking them up but the 1st faction block place there where u weant the home of the faction
