Hey, so it looks like the chests were placed before the base around it was set up. The way you had placed your chests down in that cave would be equivalent to just placing a chest out in the wilderness in the middle of nowhere with no base around it. That is why it was purged. Our purger checks the surroundings of the chest to make sure it is in a base, and if it is not, it is removed.

Your blocks as they are placed right now should be fine. Generally, you want the chest to be enclosed and connected to a base. This means that you need to place the chest on top of a block connected to the base, under a ceiling connected to the base, or at the very least directly touching the base in some other way.

Unfortunately, I'm unable to spawn in any items, but I hope this explanation helped you understand why it was removed.
